At Dooney & Bourke, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return new, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; please note that a small return fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
